Position	Backend Development Engineer
Employment Type	Full-time Employee (3-6 month probation period)

Required Skills/Experience	Backend development experience 1+ years practical experience in Python or Node.js AWS experience (beyond basic EC2 usage) Preferred Experience: Serverless architecture experience API Gateway, Lambda design API definition using Swagger or Open API PHP/Java-only candidates not eligible

Location	Tokyo Office (Gaienmae Station, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, approx. 1-min walk) ※Remote work available depending on projects in Tokyo metropolitan area
Work Hours	9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (60-minute break) ※Adjustments may be made depending on participating projects
Salary	Monthly ¥200,000 - ¥800,000
Bonus	Annual bonus (performance-based)

Holidays	Full two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid vacation
